Dynsec Group recruits its personnel mainly from elite Military Units and Law Enforcement agencies. Our officers are carefully screened. Each applicant has an intensive pre-employment background check and, prior to placement at a site, will have gone through advanced pre-deployment training sessions at our own training academy. All applicants also undergo a series of aptitude tests, reference verification, drug screening and extensive interviews.
